Quick Tip! If you own any of the RTX 50 series cards and you are having weird issues with your PC stuttering, Black screens or BSOD (Blue screen of death), there’s a fix. I had all these problems with this brand new RTX 5080 GPU and here’s what I did to fix it; First, make sure your motherboard is on its latest BIOS firmware. Install Display driver uninstaller (DDU). Boot your system into safe mode by holding shift when restarting and follow the steps to boot into safe mode. Then run DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers and restart. Then install this exact GPU driver version (576.28). It seems to be the most stable and I tested a lot of them. Once it’s done, restart your system but…make sure you boot into your BIOS settings again and if you are using a motherboard with a Gen 4 PCIE lane, change this setting from Auto to Gen4.
