This is how I fixed my issue with the Rodacaster duo; Completely turn off and unplug your device for at least 24hrs. Then connect just your power cable, and turn on the device while simultaneously holding channel 2 and 4 until you see the lights come on. Connect to the internet and download any firmware updates available. And finally reset your device to completely fix this problem!
