Sophomore year rolled around and just three weeks after school started, I went into labor. From that moment forward, my life became a constant balancing act. I was a full-time college student, a full-time healthcare worker & a full-time mom to two babies who depended on me. The sleepless nights, the tears, the doubt .. it was all real. But so was my determination. I refused to let my circumstances define me or stop me. Fast forward to today , I am officially a senior, walking across the stage on December 13th with a well deserved degree and even with everything I’ve already carried, God blessed me to carry one more.
