The PAJ-owned Kingston Container Terminal that is managed by KFTL, added new Super Post-Panamax STS cranes, which are equipment designed to handle the larger cargo vessels with greater speed, precision, and efficiency. Prime Minister of Jamaica, Hon. Dr. Andrew Holness commended this investment in the right direction towards making Jamaica the largest logistics hub in the region. Since arriving in October, the cranes underwent rigorous testing and certification, with their first successful deployment completed last week.
