Speaking at the Tropical Sugar Company Limited Groundbreaking Ceremony at Monymusk Plantation in Clarendon, Minister of Agriculture Floyd Green announced that the ministry has activated its agricultural recovery plan through the Rural Agricultural Development Authority (RADA). Minister Green also highlighted the Development Bank of Jamaica’s new loan programme designed to provide additional financial relief to the sector.
