To make- 1 bag @bouldercanyon avocado oil chips 2 balls burrata (I used truffle burrata) 6 slices smoked salmon caviar of choice (I used @markyscaviar) 1 cup arugula 3/4 cup pomegranate arils 2 tsp olive oil Layer chips in a bowl.
