Building better athletes, coaches and teams 📈 Tess Madgen, Sandy Brondello OLY and Michelle Mitchell OAM OLY from Surfing Australia joined us on the Gold Coast to deliver a series of high-performance education sessions for our coaches and athletes at the Foot Locker Australian School Championships this week. Tess and Sandy opened the door to the Opals environment, speaking about the values and behaviours that shape culture, teamwork and strong coaching and leadership skills. Michelle brought insights from Surfing Australia and highlighted the qualities that support growth and well-being in young athletes.
