ARRAY 101 proudly joined a nationwide series of artistic actions organized by dreadscottart and Pulitzer Prize–winning playwright lynnnottage called FALL OF FREEDOM. We gathered educators and community partners for screenings of two works from our founder ava that expand our democratic imagination: AUGUST 28: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEOPLE (Smithsonian) and FAMILY FEUD (Jay-Z ft. Beyoncé). Following the screenings, producers Paul and Tammy Garnes led an interactive discussion about how storytelling and the arts can serve as powerful tools in a moment of civic urgency.
