Our ARRAY Field Trip to the Octavia Lab was a blast! We had a hands-on experience inside this cutting-edge creative hub at the LA Public Library, honoring the legacy of Octavia Butler and celebrating the power of creativity as resistance. From art-making to sound recording to digital archiving, we explored the tools that can help amplify our voices, challenge narratives, and preserve history.
