"I am Jean Ferman. Last Friday, I became a first-generation college graduate earning a B.S. in Polymer and Color Chemistry from @ncstatewilson, a B.S. in Biological Sciences from @ncstatesciences, and a minor in Nutrition. Attending NC State was the best decision I ever made! My time at NC State has been nothing short of memorable between the athletic games, the long nights at either library or Talley, and attending Wolfpack Welcome Week events. I am so grateful for the professors, mentors, advisors, and lifelong friends I have met at NC State as well as my family all of whom supported me along this four-year journey. I learned so much throughout these last four years as a student, as a leader in multiple campus offices and student organization (@ncstatensp, @ncstatesg, @f1rstatncsu, @ncstatemsa, @ncstatetriocollegiate, @mapsncsu), and as an individual person.
