"Hi, everyone! I'm back with one last post to wrap up my takeover as a Prague Connect student. . My last weeks spent in Prague were absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I was able to experience the beautiful Christmas markets, tree lightings, and other seasonal events around Prague as well as in Vienna, Austria before I left. . As I sat in the Prague airport at 6 a.m. waiting to board my plane, many emotions were running through my head. I felt sad, nostalgic, excited, but mostly anxious about experiencing culture shock all over again. However, as soon as I saw my family in the Raleigh airport (many long hours later) all I could think about was how happy I was to be home. . This experience has helped me to become more self-reliant, confident, open-minded, and culturally sensitive. This self-growth has helped me to feel more comfortable with the idea of moving onto campus in less than a month and starting a whole new chapter of my life at NC State. .
