“I had never even heard of NC State and we stopped here on our way to tour another college. We walked into Talley and hopped onto some random tour. It was raining and we didn’t know anything about this campus, but I fell in love and committed without ever coming back. • Everybody was incredibly kind. I had never really been anywhere where I felt like I could walk up to anyone and ask them a question and they would be happy to answer it, plus it has a really great mix of traditional and modern buildings. It was just a really beautiful campus and finding out more about NC State, knowing that it’s a really great STEM school, just made it seem like it was the perfect fit. • I am an intern with @applyncstate, a parent ally with @ncstatepfs and I am a teacher mentor and teacher relations chair for Musical Empowerment at NC State.
