“I came from a really small town in the mountains, so coming to NC State, I didn’t know who I was going to become. I was kind of overwhelmed at first, but I built a really strong community, made some really awesome friends, and they’ve been the foundation for all my accomplishments. Whether it’s studying abroad or doing research, they really pushed me to achieve here at NC State. • One thing I’ve never gotten to do is paint on the Free Expression Tunnel, and I feel like creativity is really important. I want to be able to make my mark here at NC State, and even if it’s something small like painting the Free Expression Tunnel, I feel like my creativity will be here forever, even though it may be marked away by something else. • What I’m really excited about is I want to make every home football game.
