Nine new Bison commit and the bridge behind the process is Janice Pettyjohn. In 2022, Janice made history as the first woman hired full-time by Howard University Football. Today, she leads as Director of Player Personnel & On-Campus Recruiting, helping guide the process that brought nine new student-athletes home to The Mecca. Janice shared what this class means to her: “This class represents the work of an entire village — coaches, staff, and our players. I’m incredibly proud of this recruiting class.
