🚨 AUSTIN FC NEWS 🚨 Austin FC has hired Fabio Hernandez as the club’s new First Team Goalkeeper Coach ahead of the 2026 season. 🧤 Hernandez arrives from Huntsville City FC, where he spent the past two years and helped guide the team to the 2025 Eastern Conference Semifinals. He also stepped in with Nashville SC as their interim GK coach to close out the 2024 season. Before his work in Huntsville, Hernandez led the goalkeeping department and served as an assistant at Chattanooga Red Wolves SC, after beginning his coaching career in 2021 with New Amsterdam FC. He holds a UEFA C license and speaks both English and Spanish. He now joins Nico Estévez’s 2026 staff alongside Davy Arnaud, Beto González, Nico Bosch, and Albert Ballesteros.
