influencer trip but make it Hermana 🤎 1. influencers get SO much PR - instead of crazy gift bags, we tried to be really mindful of gifting useful items from brands that do good, like socks from bombas and period care from marlow 2. sober curious??? us too. we told everyone upfront that we weren’t going to be offering free alcohol, though it was optional for anyone who wanted a drink with dinner! 🍷 3. we hired a photographer (hi jilliantranquilla 🫶🏼) to capture photos for our creators and brand partners. everyone got amazing shots without the pressure of asking someone to help them shoot 4. we love a “fireside chat” but took it to the next level, at an actual fire outside looking at the Rocky Mountains 🔥 5. a lot of influencer trips are BUSY and you leave feeling exhausted. we wanted to build in enough free time that it didn’t feel like work, but more like an actual retreat what should we do next year??? 👀 #influencermanagement #influenceragency #hermanaagency
