Celebrating #SG60 from Switzerland in the way I know best: through food! Tried a little mash up of two classics, and presentinggg…Chicken Curry Rösti! 🥘 The plan was to make mini rösti coins (how cute would that have been??) but they just kept falling apart! Luckily, you can’t really go wrong with crispy fried potatoes in any shape or form. Happy 60th, Singapore 🇸🇬 What are you eating this national day?? P.S. Gotta be honest, I hadn’t heard of Happy Belly before this. But when I was shopping for a curry paste back home, this one stood out for its ingredient list (mostly herbs, spices, aromatics and oil). Flavour was pretty legit too…would recommend!
