The most impromptu trip that ended up with the loveliest memories 🥹🌈
It’s wild how this is the first time we’ve spent time as a family this way. This year’s LNY celebration was far from traditional, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
Also, Chiang Mai’s food was 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 and I know I barely scratched the surface.
Here were some of the highlights!
Ekachan The Wisdom of Ethnic Thai Cuisine – the pomelo salad with crispy fried crab and betel leaf was 🔥🔥
Busarin – get one each of the fermented noodles and roti. The homemade coconut milk ice cream with sticky rice is a must too (you won’t expect the flavours that will come at you)
Hong Tauw Inn – incredible fried chicken!
Yok Sod Thai Dessert @ Maya Mall – pandan-based desserts that are absolutely sublime. You’ll be back for more (we were!)
Khao Soi Lamduan – khao soi and lean mean pork satays 👌🏼
