The Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, indefinitely postponed a $836,000 grant meant to help fund the seismic retrofitting of the Martin Luther King Jr. Youth Services Center. ⁠ ⁠ The renovations are part of a project to improve community facilities around Grove Park.
