In game two against the University of New Hampshire, No. 2 Michigan State hockey managed a 2-0 win. After a scoreless first period, senior captain Matt Basgall started the Spartans lead with his first goal of the season in the second period. Junior Patrick Geary added to make the lead 2-0 in the third period.
