This past weekend, the Rally Dept. team headed over to Austin, Texas for the @austinfoodwine festival for our client, @heb 😋 H-E-B’s tasting menu included Slow Roasted Natural Pork Belly on a Crispy Ciabatta with Swiss Cheese and topped with Mustard del Norte and Calabrian Chili Oil Rally Dept. was on site to oversee operations and handle set up. #LetsRally
