During her mother, Jessica’s, 20-week anatomy scan in the #Modesto area, doctors noticed a white spot. Jessica saw UCSF Dr. Mark Cocalis at our Modesto clinic, and he diagnosed her unborn baby with total anomalous pulmonary venous return (#TAPVR). Zemileene was born last August, and at just five weeks old, she had a successful heart surgery with Dr. Naveen Swami. Despite a few setbacks, she’s been doing incredibly well—gaining weight, crawling and almost walking! Zemileene is now getting ready to celebrate her first #birthday, and the family is looking forward to a trip to #Disneyland at the end of the year! #CHDWarrior
