Our patient Andrew, who survived an #AVM rupture and brain #aneurysm seven years ago, came back to visit and donate 100+ games to our rehab patients! Andrew spent three months in our San Francisco hospital recovering from brain surgery and relearning to talk and walk. Games like UNO, Connect 4 and Jenga helped Andrew regain motor skills and stay entertained in the hospital, and he wanted to share that experience with other patients. Every holiday season, Andrew asks friends and family to contribute to his #UCSF game fund instead of giving him personal gifts, so he can donate to our patients! Thank you, Andrew! 👏👏 👏
