[reflections] | like to practice looking inward throughout the year, but december feels especially important to me. it’s when I begin laying the groundwork and setting intentions for what’s next. I’m always busy and everything always seems important, but learning how to prioritize and learning how to rest has been one of the biggest shifts in my mentality. I’ve learned how to practice gratitude for everything that’s come my way. I’ve learned to appreciate the slow seasons and to commit fully to the fast ones. I look at how I moved this year and what truly reshaped my perspective.
