In Georgia, it’s against the law to have material affixed to a license plate that covers any portion of it. The officer also noticed the vehicle had dealer plates, which should only be driven by a dealer employee and registered for sale. What’s more, the officer ran the plates and learned the vehicle was marked as stolen from Atlanta.
