A judge has postponed the sentencing for the woman who was found guilty in connection with the m-rder of #Foolio. #AliciaAndrews, who was convicted of manslaughter for her involvement in the #Jacksonville, Fla., rapper’s de-th in October, was scheduled to be sentenced on Monday (Dec. 8). According to court records the sentencing has been pushed back. On Dec. 4, Andrews’ attorneys filed a writ of prohibition seeking to disqualify the judge from any further participation in her case, and in doing so, asked for the sentencing to be stayed. “Within 30 days, the respondent shall show cause why this petition for writ of prohibition should not be granted,” the ruling reads. “The petitioner may reply within 15 days of service of the response. This order operates as a stay of the lower tribunal proceedings pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.100(h).
