New this year, the entire Eau Claire / Prince's Island canal is open for ice skating. From Jaipur Bridge to the Peace Bridge. Previously they've only opened up the Jaipur Bridge area. It's a little bumpy towards the Peace Bridge end but not too bad. The fire pits and seating and skate rentals are all at the Jaipur Bridge end still. calgaryskaterentals.com still slows Eau Claire as being closed but it's not.
