Follow Meadow Perez '27, a junior astronomy major at Amherst College, for a glimpse into her busy, involved, and exciting day! From tackling math analysis to leading campus discussions, Meadow showcases the diverse opportunities available to Amherst students. Meadow's Day Includes: - Academics: Starting the day with Val breakfast and a work session, then heading to her "Introduction to Analysis" class in Seeley Mudd. She also takes time to visit the Beneski Museum of Natural History before her Physics class. Teaching Assistant: Attending her weekly meeting as a TA for the intensive writing classes in the iconic Johnson Chapel. These meetings help TAs learn how to best engage students with different writing levels. Research: Finding her research poster from the past summer displayed in the Science Center.
