Santa had some help from PBS this year as several beloved PBS KIDS characters helped lead the 42nd annual Dominion Energy Christmas Parade! Clifford the Big Red Dog, chosen by patients at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU as the parade’s official Grand Marshal, was joined by Super Why, Rosie from Rosie’s Rules, Lyla from Lyla in the Loop, and Lily from Weather Hunters.
