High above LA on Mulholland Drive, The Macallan Villa set the scene for an intimate tasting of their latest Harmony Collection whisky! Calvin and I joined an intimate guided tasting celebrating the newest release in the_macallan Harmony Collection - a beautiful collaboration with JING Tea, inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. And the dinner? Incredible. The laminated Parker House rolls with seasonal butter were absolutely addictive, and the oxtail ravioli with Japanese pumpkin and brown butter was pure comfort in a bowl.
