Tony Spurlock has played the bagpipes at every #okstate graduation ceremony since 2014. Tony’s daughter, Gracie Spurlock, came along to watch her dad play at nearly every commencement. Over the years, the two have formed many ties with the #CowboyFamily, creating memories along the way. This year, however, looks different for the Spurlocks. Tony will be here this weekend at commencement to play and Gracie will once again watch on, but this time as an #okstate25 graduate.
