I was the kid gaming for hours, riding my skateboard, and staying in my own world — never imagining I’d end up here, crossing the stage at Prairie View A&M University. But life has a way of leading you exactly where you’re meant to be. And here I am. After everything I’ve been through — the obstacles, losses, reroutes, and restarts — I made it. Not perfectly, not painlessly, but purposefully. PV didn’t just give me a degree… it gave me a new mindset, a new direction, and a whole new family. I grew. I struggled. I elevated. I found purpose.
