A tragic weekend in Tenerife has left four people dead and one still missing after a massive wave swept a group of swimmers out of a popular seaside pool at Isla Cangrejo, along the Los Gigantes coast. According to CNN World, Spanish authorities confirmed that a 35-year-old man, a 55-year-old woman, and another man were recovered on Sunday during an extensive rescue operation involving jet skis and helicopters. A fourth victim, a woman, passed away on Monday after being revived at the scene and airlifted to hospital. Local reports indicate that rough sea warnings were in effect and the pool had been closed since December 3. Area residents say visitors often underestimate the force of the sea and ignore safety barriers and signage. Officials are urging the public to respect warnings as rescue teams continue the search for the final missing swimmer. #JamaicaObserver #AlwaysAhead #OTeam #ONews #TenerifeWave
