At Noëlia, enchantment is all around: A wise owl soars alongside the magnificent Airship Voyage, merry gingerbread “Ookies” twirl around the Grand Chime clock tower, cosy wisps of smoke snake out from the chimney into the crisp winter air, and whimsical hot-air balloons go up and down in an entrancing rhythmic dance.
