Kyron Horman went missing from a Portland elementary school 15 years ago. Still, a photo of a young man at a Missouri orthodontist's office has Facebook groups talking, and at least one person has contacted Portland authorities. A photo began circulating with a couple of different stories attached but one common theme: internet users think this young man in Missouri looks like the age progression photo of Kyron Horman. We reached out to the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, and a spokesperson said the agency receives 1-2 reports of young men who look like Kyron Horman and they always follow the leads. The look-alike sightings tend to ramp up in number around the anniversary of Kyron's disappearance in the summer.
