I hate smoke and only noticed the smell once, so we shut our windows and doors. ☺️ We would stay here again!⁠ ⁠ Lugano⁠ is in the southern, Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. It is located in the Ticino region and about 20 miles from Lake Como. The city is surrounded by mountains and lined by a gorgeous lake.
