Pineapple Leaf Fiber, or PALF, transforms unused leaves into a soft, natural fabric that is both timeless and biodegradable. Originating in the Philippines, where it has been used for centuries to create traditional fabrics like piña cloth, we used PALF to craft our MILL Pinya Collection. PALF is carefully extracted using a decorticator machine, a process that gently separates the fine fibers from the leaves without the need for harsh chemicals.
