Two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to share my origin story with our Honors students at Arcadia, and I’m still thinking about the conversations we had. Standing in front of a room full of bright, curious, globally minded students, I talked about the path that brought me here—the mentors who shaped me, the challenges that redirected me, and the values that continue to anchor my leadership. What stayed with me was their energy and depth. Their questions weren’t just about careers—they were about purpose, impact, and how to lead with authenticity in an unpredictable world. If that afternoon was any indication of the future, we’re in excellent hands. Our students aren’t just preparing to succeed; they’re preparing to make a meaningful difference.
