I fire every single person that is not a good human being regardless of how much money she or he makes for me.  If you’re a leader, I promise you this… you better go home and audit every single employee you have and figure out which employee makes the other employees miserable. I don’t give a sh*t if it’s your number one salesperson, your best developer, or your cofounder… cancer spreads.  There is no quicker way to f*ck everything up than to look the other way when you have someone who is talented and contributing, but is a garbage human.
