Cranberry Chicken Goat Cleese Wreath . . 1 sheet puff pastry thawed 1/3 cup prepared cranberry sauce 4 or goat cheese, crumbled 1 1/2 cup shredded chicken breast meat Salt and pepper 1 tbls fresh chopped rosemary or thyme Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbls water) Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment pape.
