In my opinion you can wear whatever you want, but you should know that cowboy hat etiquette is that you should always wear cowboy boots with your cowboy hat. But after 8 days at the NFR my feet are tired and @Ariat has the perfect solution. Slippers that look like boots! You can find them at Boot Barn booth #1925 or any store in the Las Vegas area!
