Northwood’s water polo players and coaches delivered an exceptional performance at the recent Interprovincial Tournament!🤽‍♂️ Mr Appelgryn and Mr Mantle led the U15 and U16 boys’ teams, respectively - with both sides clinching gold in thrilling, nail-biting finals that were decided by penalty shootouts. Their squads put up dominant performances throughout the tournament, setting the stage for two unforgettable victories. Finn Mallett (U15) , Caleb Ambrose (U16) and Blake de Bruin (U15) were a part of the winning squads, along with John Watkins and Matt Lortan in the U19 squad A special congratulations goes to Mr Appelgryn, who has been selected as the South African Schools U16 Assistant Coach, a well-deserved achievement that reflects his dedication, expertise, and leadership.
