An overturned semi-truck near an entrance for the Stevenson Expressway prompted traffic delays and a response from police, fire and hazmat Thursday ahead of the afternoon rush hour. Around 3:50 p.m., aerial video from NBC Chicago Sky 5 showed the semi-truck on its side near 4110 South Cicero Avenue, with police cars, an ambulance and fire trucks in the area. The northbound traffic on Cicero Avenue and the entrance to I-55 from Cicero Avenue were blocked by the emergency response around 4 p.m. #breakingnews #chicago #midwayairport
