In recognition of International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December, oep_paraguay released a video as part of SALÚDAME, an advocacy campaign co-created with people with disabilities that calls for a more inclusive and just health system. 💡 Working with the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies and supported by the city’s leading outdoor advertising companies, the video was broadcast on major public screens throughout Paraguay’s capital, Asunción. In it, a person with a disability greets passersby but receives no response, highlighting how people with IDD are too often made to feel invisible when accessing health services.
