Matt Rempe is headed to the IR after sustaining an upper-body injury in his fight with Sharks forward Ryan Reaves on October 23.

Rempe, 23, has missed #NewYork’s last four games and left the aforementioned game after his first shift.

With the increased amount of cap space, the #Rangers have recalled Connor Mackey from Hartford.
