What happened to this team that we all love? More importantly, what happened to this organization as a whole? If you told me in October that the #NewYorkRangers wouldn’t at least make the #StanleyCup playoffs, I would’ve laughed in your face. Now being 80 games into this season from hell, I am honestly glad that they aren’t getting in. It sounds terrible to say as a fan of this team for over 20 years, but tell me one good reason why they should have gotten in? If it wasn’t for their hot start in October, #NewYork would likely be last place in the conference at this point. Yes, their play has been atrocious for 90% of the season and the coaching sure hasn’t helped matters, but management has done no favors either.
