One of the most magical moments we’ve ever had was in 2017 when we hosted a real wedding (unbeknownst to most of the huge audience) before a screening of THE PRINCESS BRIDE. We gave away a free ceremony. The only catch was the couple had to be in character. Many, many applied. The winning bride and groom (April and Will) went above and beyond what was ever expected, inviting their friends and family to join in the fun. fredsavage even played a small part. It took the audience a moment to realize what was taking place. When the ceremony reached the “kissing part,” the crowd stood unprompted and erupted into applause sending a wave a palpable joy across the gardens. Unforgettable. #memorymonday
