Each season, before the first guests set foot on the ice, our team begins the careful build of our ice bar. Carved entirely by hand from dense ice and compacted snow, it is shaped block by block and created entirely from the landscape around it. By the time it’s complete, the bar stands for only a brief window, as a temporary landmark of the season and one of the most extraordinary places in the world to toast a glass of champagne.
