10 minutes is all it takes!! On the days I can’t tell if I’m being lazy or if my body actually needs rest, I do this instead: I tell myself I’ll move for just 10 minutes. After that, I’m allowed to stop. No guilt. No pressure. No forcing motivation that isn’t there. Most days, 10 minutes turns into doing my full workout. Some days, it doesn’t. This one rule completely changed my relationship with working out. It ended the constant tug-of-war between discipline and rest and helped me build real consistency without burning out!! ___
