Part 3: First Hyrox and I’m in the Women’s Pro Division This was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done😅 This was my first Hyrox ever and I put myself in the women’s Pro division. My time wasn’t what I was hoping for I did it in 1:37:46 which is pretty good for not really training for it.
